Coaching Disclaimer
Last updated: August 21, 2026
This Coaching Disclaimer explains the scope and limitations of the online fitness coaching services provided by Vanja Capacity Studio. Please read it carefully before applying for or participating in a coaching program.
2. Not medical or psychological care
Vanja is a certified fitness instructor, not a physician, physiotherapist, psychologist, dietitian, or other licensed healthcare professional. The services do not include medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, psychotherapy, or medical nutrition therapy and are not a substitute for care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
References to posture, recovery, stress, energy, breathing, or nervous system regulation describe fitness programming and general lifestyle-support principles only. They do not represent medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.
1. Purpose and scope of coaching
Vanja Capacity Studio provides individualized online fitness coaching, exercise programming, general education, and support related to strength, mobility, posture, recovery, and sustainable training habits. The services are intended for adults aged 18 and over and are provided for general fitness and educational purposes.
Coaching is a collaborative process. Clients are expected to provide accurate information, communicate relevant changes in their health or ability to exercise, and participate within their own capabilities and the guidance of any healthcare professional involved in their care.
3. Health conditions, injuries, and pain
Before starting a program, clients must disclose any relevant health condition, injury, pain, physical limitation, or other circumstance that may affect their ability to exercise safely.
If you have an existing injury, health condition, or physical limitation, you should follow the advice of any healthcare professional involved in your care and provide Vanja with relevant information before beginning the program. Where reasonably necessary for safe participation, you may be asked to obtain appropriate medical, physiotherapy, or other qualified healthcare advice or clearance before beginning or continuing relevant activities.
If new, unexplained, or worsening pain or other concerning symptoms appear, stop exercising and inform Vanja. The program may be paused or modified, and you may be asked to obtain an assessment from an appropriate healthcare professional. Vanja does not diagnose the cause of pain or provide injury treatment or rehabilitation.
4. Exercise risks and safety
Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including fatigue, muscle soreness, strains, falls, or aggravation of an existing condition. These risks cannot be completely eliminated, even when an exercise program is appropriately designed and adapted.
Clients are responsible for following the provided instructions, using suitable equipment and a safe exercise space, and working within their current abilities. Do not perform an exercise that you do not understand or feel able to complete safely. Ask for clarification or an alternative exercise, and stop immediately if you feel unwell or experience severe, unusual, or worsening symptoms.
5. Online coaching limitations
Most coaching services are delivered remotely. Vanja is not physically present while clients exercise and cannot continuously observe every movement, inspect the exercise environment, or provide immediate in-person assistance. Exercise plans, demonstrations, adjustments, and feedback are based on the information, photographs, videos, and progress updates provided by the client.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, checking that their equipment and exercise space are suitable, and contacting Vanja when an instruction is unclear or a modification is needed. Online communication is not continuously monitored and must not be used as an emergency service.
6. Nutrition and lifestyle guidance
Coaching may include general educational guidance related to nutrition habits, hydration, sleep, recovery, stress management, and daily routines. This guidance is intended to support general fitness goals and sustainable habits.
Vanja does not provide medical nutrition therapy, prescribe supplements or medication, treat eating disorders, or create medical or therapeutic meal plans. Clients with allergies, medical dietary requirements, diagnosed health conditions, or concerns about eating behaviour should seek advice from an appropriately qualified physician, registered dietitian, or other healthcare professional.
7. Results and expectations
Individual results vary and depend on factors including the client’s starting point, health status, goals, consistency, training experience, available time, sleep, stress, nutrition, recovery, and other personal circumstances.
Vanja Capacity Studio does not guarantee a specific amount of weight loss, complete removal of pain or tension, correction of posture, physical transformation, or any other particular result within a stated period. References to possible benefits describe general coaching goals and should not be understood as promises of individual outcomes.
8. Testimonials and client experiences
Testimonials and client stories presented on this website describe the genuine experiences of individual clients and are published with their permission. They may be shortened or lightly edited for clarity without changing the meaning of the client’s experience.
Testimonials are provided for informational purposes and do not represent a guarantee that another client will achieve the same or similar results. Every person’s starting point, circumstances, participation, and response to coaching are different.
9. Medical and emergency assistance
Coaching services must not be used in place of urgent or emergency medical care. If you experience a medical emergency, stop exercising and contact the appropriate emergency service or healthcare professional in your location.
If a physician, physiotherapist, or another qualified healthcare professional has advised you to avoid or modify certain activities, you are responsible for following that guidance and informing Vanja before beginning or continuing a program.
10. Changes to this Disclaimer
This Coaching Disclaimer may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the website, coaching services, professional guidance, or applicable legal requirements.
When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. The updated version applies from that date to future website visitors and coaching applications. Changes to this Disclaimer do not amend the terms of an existing signed coaching agreement unless the Coach and Client agree otherwise in writing.
